Affiliate Terms.

01Who we are

P2 Sites is run by MKLB Partners (doing business as P2 Sites) in Houston, Texas (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person who applies. You must be 18 or older and live in the US.

You're an independent promoter. These terms don't make you our employee, partner or agent, and you can't make promises or sign anything for us.

02Joining

We read every application and can say no without giving a reason. If we approve you, we email you your own link and a private page with your clicks and sales. Keep that page's address to yourself.

03What you earn

You earn 20% of what a customer pays us for a sale that comes through your link: the setup fee on a website, or the first payment on a link page. It's paid once for each sale.

A sale counts when the customer buys within 30 days of clicking your link, in the same browser. If they clicked more than one affiliate's link, the last click counts.

There's no commission on:

• Monthly plan payments, or link page renewals
• A sale that's refunded. If part of it is refunded, the commission is worked out on what we kept
• A business that's already our client
• Your own purchase, or one made by your own business
• A sale that broke these terms

Our tracking decides which sales count. If a click wasn't recorded, for example because a browser blocked cookies, we can't pay on it.

04Saying that you're paid

Whenever you share your link or talk about P2 Sites, you must say clearly that you earn a commission, for example “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”. Put it where people will see it before they click, not hidden in a list of hashtags or behind a “more” link. Federal Trade Commission rules require this.

05What's not allowed

• Spam: unwanted email, texts, direct messages or calls
• Saying anything untrue about P2 Sites, our prices, what's included or the results a customer will get
• Offering discounts or deals we haven't approved
• Paid search ads on our name, or websites or accounts that look like ours or suggest you speak for us
• Clicking your own link, or paying or tricking people to click it
• Anything that breaks the law or someone else's rights

06Getting paid

A commission is earned 30 days after the sale, unless the sale was refunded. We pay once a month by PayPal or Zelle, once you've earned at least $50. Below that, it carries over to the next month.

Before your first payment, you must send us where to pay you and a completed IRS Form W-9. We may report what we pay you to the IRS on a Form 1099. You're responsible for your own taxes.

If a sale is refunded after we've paid you for it, we can take that commission off your next payment.

07Ending or changing this

You can leave any time by emailing us. We can pause or close your account any time, and we'll stop counting new clicks. If we close it for breaking these terms, commissions not yet paid are lost. Otherwise we pay what you've earned, even if it's under $50.

We can change the commission or these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change applies, and sales made before then keep the old terms. We can also end the program with 30 days' notice.

08The legal part

We provide the program as it is and don't promise you'll earn anything. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you under these terms is limited to the commissions we owe you. You're responsible for what you publish and for claims that come from it. Texas law applies.
