At checkout you pay the setup fee and start the $29 monthly plan. The first monthly charge is 30 days after checkout, then it renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time online or by email; your site stays up until the end of the month you paid for. The setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel before your discovery call. Prices in US dollars.

Our next 14 customers get up to half off the setup fee. A spot is yours once your setup fee is paid. When the spots are gone, the regular setup prices apply. The monthly price is the same either way.
Usually about a week from your discovery call to your mockup, then a few days for changes and launch. It depends on how fast we get your photos and answers.
Tell us what's off and we'll rework it. That's what the rounds of changes are for, and we'd rather get it right than have you settle.
No. If you don't have one, we'll help you buy it in your name, so it's yours either way. Domains usually cost $10 to $20 a year, paid to the registrar.
Your own photos work best, even from a phone. If you have none, we use licensed stock photos until you do. MKLB can also shoot them for you.
We do, from your answers, your reviews and what you tell us. You approve everything before it goes live.
Your monthly plan starts at checkout, and the first $29 is charged 30 days later. That covers the time it takes to build your site, so you're not paying for hosting before it's live. After that it's charged once a month until you cancel.
Yes. Each plan includes edit requests every month: 2, 4 or 8. One request is the changes to one page or one topic, sent together. Typo fixes, our own mistakes and fixing a site that's down or broken never count. Unused requests don't carry over, and extra ones are $25 each.
Yes, in full, if you cancel before your discovery call. After the call we start designing and writing your site, so the setup fee can't be refunded from then on.
Your site stays up until the end of the paid month. Your domain, logo, photos and words stay yours.
